Owned by Diana Davidson, Tuck In has grown to be one of Scotland's finest outside catering companies since its humble beginnings in Stockbridge in the 1980's. In July 2008 'Tuck In with Saltire Hospitality' was created with the merger of Tuck In and Saltire Hospitality which is now based at Oxenfoord Castle.
As Tuck In and Saltire Hospitality have both built strong catering reputations over the years with some of Scotland's most prestigious clients and venues, it seemed very natural to draw on these links to provide an individual and personalised service for our joint future and existing clients and venues.
By bringing together the experience and expertise of the two companies, and, under the leadership of our Chef Manager Jennifer Kalra; we can provide a bespoke service for each of our clients, offering fresh, innovative dishes using local Scottish produce.
